The hub on defense is defending the low post.  Great post defense may be even more important than playing great defense on the ball.

Anger is the wind that blows out the flame of the mind.

Keep you cushion in defending the ball.

Defensive objectives
Set our defense
Pressure the ball
Help stop the ball and recover
Finish the play defensively
